Under enormous pressure the • "American Century Magazine" c.estroyed a portion of the issue containing Mr William Bayard Halo's interview with the Kaiser while the latter was recently in Norwegian waters. Klemet, the Foreign Office official, 'who examined the Kaiser's interview, 1 "has been placed on the retired list.
