THE LIQUIDATOR'S REPORT,

LONDON. November 8.
The liquidator in the estate of Wilier and Riley, produce merchants, who lost heavily over the frauds of Alberti, ex-Danish Minister, informed a creditor's meeting that the statement of affairs showed a surplus of £1,460,000, but that it the private bank in Copenhagen (the Zealand Peasants' Bank) succeeded in its claim for £50,000 the surplus would be correspondingly reduced, and would be still further reduced to £52,000 if Wilier and Riley's claim against the Farmers' Butter Export Association failed.
Some of the creditors urged immediate realisation, but no resolution was passed. The liquidator will call another meeting in six week's time.
