A serious fire at the arsenal at /Korneuberg destroyed the equipment of the Austrian military telegraphy. The fire is believed to be due to Servian spies. EMPEROR AND KAISER. A DINNER AT SCHOENBRUNN. VIENNA, November 8. The Emperor Franz Joseph entertained the Kaiser at dinner at Schoenbrunn. The Archduke Franz Leopold (heir presumptive to the Austrian throne), the German Ami bassadors, and Baron Aerenthal (Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs) were amongst the guests. The Emperor afterwards had half-an-hour's conversation with the Kaiser, the farewell between their Majesties being an affectionate one.
