CERTIFICATES SUSPENDED. Received November 7, 12.20 a.m. SYDNEY, November 6. The Court suspended the certificates of Captain Nichol. master of the wrecked barque Fifeshire. for 12 months. The certificate of Rowe, the chief officer, was suspended for 6 months.
