PERSONAL.
At St. Peter's Church, Wellington, on Wednesday, Miss Francis Ada Morris, of Featherston, was married to Mr W. J. Cracroft Wilson, solicitor, Petone, Miss Cobcroft acted as bridesmaid and Mr G. Tripe as best man. The death is announced of Mr W. H. M'Keay, for many years and up to the time of his death librarian at the Dunedin Supreme Court. He was the oldest legal practitioner in the Dominion, being ninety-two years of age. The death occurred at Pahiatua on Thursday night of Mr W. Rains, after a painful illness. The deceased was 69 years of age, and had been for twenty years a stevedore in the employ of the New Zealand Shipping Company. Four sons and two daughters (including Mrs E. Sullivan, of Pahiatua) are left to mourn their loss. Mrs C. Yoitt, a much respected resident of Palmerston North, who came there 15 years ago from Grey•tnouth, died ou Thursday. Mra Yortt arrived in New Zealand in 1874 from Inalmo, Sweden, and is survived by a widower and three daughters, one of whom is. married (Mrs Albury) and by a son, Mr A. J. Yortt, wellKnown in Palmeraton North. Two of the daughters are State school teachers, one at College street and the other at Hunterville.
