Results:— Steeplechase—Pilot (Cahill), 1: Player (Woodburn), 2; Findowrie (Hoyt), 3. Seventeen started. EynMur fell at the first jump, Postboy at the second, and Confederate at the third. Player and Pilot led to near the bridge, but on the run to the abattoirs Player dropped back to third position. Pilot led from Roscommon Boy, but down the straight came on and won as he liked by four lengths. Player, with Findowrie, displaced Roscommon Boy. Time, 4min lOfsec. Hurdles—Kia Ora 1, Lady Carrick 2, Red Fly 3. Won by a length. Nursery Handicap—Lady San 1, Imprint 2, Amati 3. Won easily by two lengths. Time, lmin 16sec. Stakes —Pink-'un 1, lolaire 2, Virtu 3. Pink-'un came out when half the distance had been covered, and won by a length and three-quar-ters. Time, lmin 30Jsec. Oaks —Nushka 1, Lady Bobadil 2, Flavour 3. Won easily by five lengths. Time, 2min 38|sec. Veterans' Handicap—King's Cross 1, Lady Diffidence 2, Welcome Trist 3. Won by a length. Time, 2min 34fsec. 1
