Received November 5, 7.53 a.m. BERLIN, November 4. The imminence of a naval and military scandal, either in connection with espionage or bribery, led. to the suicides of Colonel Josifof, artillery commander at Cronstadt, and Lieutenant Erschoff, his subordinate.
