Received November 3, 8.36 a.m. CALCUTTA, November 2. The Durbar at Jodhpore was a brilliant affair. The message from the King created a profound impression. Lord Minto was the recipient of great numbers of telegrams from all parts of India. LOYALTY AND VENERATION. Received November 3, 9 a.m. LONDON, November 2. The "Times" says:—"The loyalty and veneration of the bulk of the Indian people will be strengthened and deepened by the terms of the King's gracious proclamation." BENGALIS' BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Received November 3, 9.10 p.m. CALCUTTA, November 3. The Bengails state that they expected great concessions, and profess to be bitterly disappointed with the KingVproclamation.
