TWENTY-ONE PERSONS MISSING. Received October 30, 9.40 p.m. LONDON, October 30. The Great Eastern Railway Company's cargo steamer Yarmouth foundered in a heavy sea between Holland and Harwich (England). Twenty-one of those who were on board are missing. It is feared that they have perished.
