THE UNEMPLOYED PROBLEM. CAMPAIGN TO ROUSE THE COUNTRY. ADVICE TO THE WORKLESS. "ROB AND PLUNDER!" Received October 29, 8.46 a.m. LONDON, October 28. -, Mr Victor Grayson (Socialist M.P. for. Colne • Valley), addressing a gathering of unemployed at Tower Hill, challenged the Labour leaders to join him in a campaign to rouse the country upon the question of unemployment. He declared that the people would never have got the Reform; BM by begging and praying, had done so by threatening snd doing.'i It was not,- he urged, sufficient, to demonstrate at Tower Hill; thfey must go nearer home, and put the fear of God into the hearts of the Cabinet. History would be made during the, next three months, for half a million people were ready to risk their lives to find work. The unemployed would be willing to do what the people wanted, whether according to the law or against the law. ; Mr Jack Williams, Labour M.P. for GjOwer Division of Glamorganshirel deliberately advised; unemj ployed to rob and plunder ail round it they were unable to obtain bread for their starving families.
