KILLED. SON SERIOUSLY INJURED. Received October 29, 11.37 p.m. TEHERAN, October 23, A bomb outrage occurred at Tabriz yesterday. A packet was received by post by the Governor of Tabriz, who is a Royalist. V : When the packet was opened by the Governor an explosion took place, killing him. ' It was subsequently ascertained that the packet contained a bomb. The Governor's, son was seriously injured by the explosion.
