FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT.

BY TKI.EGKAI'H —PRESS ASSOCIATION. FEILDING, October 27. Fuller particulars of the motor accident at Bulls, show that Mr Worthington, aged thirty-two, insurance agent, was accompanying Mr L. M'Kelvie in the latter's car on the Bulls Road, when the steering gear went wrong, and the car ran off the road. Mr Worthington was thrown out and had his neck or back broken. He was killed instantly. Only a few months ago the same car cullided with a horse, killing the animal and injuring several occupants of the car. MARTON, October 27. The inquest touching the death of Mr L. Worthington opened before the District Coroner at Bulls to-day. After taking- evidence in connection with the post mortem examination, which showed that deceased's neck was broken, Sergt. Bowden applied for an adjournment till next Monday, which was granted.
