AUCTIONEERS' MEMORANDA.

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., advertise opening entries for their Eketahuna stock sale on November 6th. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., advertise a clearing sale of stock and implements on account of Mr A. Small, on the premises Pleckville, on Saturday next, October 31st, at 10 o'clock. The stock includes 255 ewes with lambs, 200 woolly hoggets, 23 flock Lincoln Rrams, 14 stud Lincoln rams 25 Lincoln- ram hoggets and 45 stud Lincoln ewes with lambs; also 33 head of cattle 5 horses together with a quantity of implements and tools. The auctioneers point out that Mr Small has been a successful breeder of Lincoln sheep and his flock contains strains from the best breeders in the Dominion.
