A CABINET CRISIS.

A SCHEME FOR REORGANISATION. Received October 23, 10.30 a.m. MELBOURNE, October 23. In order to bring about complete reorganisation of the State Cabinet, all the members will' place their resignations in the nands of Sir Thomas Bent, the Premier, to-day. It is anticipated that six new men —three from the Legislative Assembly and three from the Councilwill be included in the new Cabinet.
