Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at Upper Plain fpr the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. on Friday was one point. By Telegraph —Press Association. WELLINGTON, October 16. The following is Captain Edwin's forecast to 3 p.m, to-morrow —Moderate to strong southerly winds with little movement of barometer northward of Napier and Wanganui, but from the northward everywhere else with falling barometer.
