A SERIES OF BURGLARIES.
BY TKLEGKAI'H —I'KESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHUKCH, October 13. * Recently a series of burglaries was committed in the Templeton district, stores beintr entered and goods stolen. As a result ot investigations made detectives visited Islington) to-day, and secured a quantity of tne stolen property in the possession of two men, one an Australian and the other a recent arrival from South Africa. Both men were arrested The motor garage of Dexter and Crozier was buglariously entered yesterday, and several gold medals from a trophy case stolen.
