SPIRITUALISM.
By Telegraph—Press Association. ' AUCKLAND, October 12. At the meeting of the Anglican Synod to-night notice of motion was given by the Rev. Scott Moncfieff, as follows:—That in view of the increasing number of the adherents of spiritualism a committee be appointed to consider the causes, real nature and possible tendencies of this movement, and to report to next Synod.
