THE LOCH FINLAS.
FINDING. OF COURT OF ENQUIRY.
Received October 12, 10.20 a.m. LAUNCESTON, October 12. The finding of the Court of Enquiry regarding the loss df the Loch Finlas has been forwarded to the Treasury. It 3tates that the loss of the vessel was due to the gross carelessness of those responsible for her navigation. The vessel was steered too close to the land, and it is doubtful if a reliable lookout was kept.
