A letter from the Education Bosrd was read stating that they had applied to the Government fcr a grant of £BSO towards an Assemoly Room for Masterton District High School. A discussion ensued regarding the advanced dressmaking class, the matter being finally referred to> Messrs Waddington, Perry ana Townsend.

It was resolved to purchase seats to the value of £o to obviate overcrowding in the infant classes. The incoming Visiting Committee were requested to go into the matter. of grading the playgrounds, by securing estimates as to cost etc. ' "-i Accounts amounting to £22 13s 2d were passed for payment.
