MANAWATU SHOW.
+ ,The forthcoming Agricultural and Industrial Show of the Manawata and West Coast n. and P. Association is the 23rd successive Show held on the Grounds at Palmerston North. The Showground contains twentythree acres, two large grandstands sufficient for seating over four thousI and people, overlooking a show ring of some four and a half acres most excellently situated for sight seeing. Stock buildings comprise two covered pavilions accommodating several hundred pens of sheep, covered stalls foxpurebred cattle, and forty looseboxes for stallions. In addition there is the huge Agricultural Buildings, subdivided into five halls, and these cover some forty thousand square feet. All the building's are fully occupied, and the visitors' time is fully taken up with doing the sights and exhibits of this imposing and important Agricultural Show. Intending exhibitors should note that entries in several sections of the Show will close on Friday next—viz., Natural History. Art, Technical and Public Schools, Needlework, Photography, and Home Industries.
