THE Directors of the NOKTH ISLAND BREWEEY COMPANY have now decided to offer the balance of the Shares, (V 774, to the investing public, so as to enable them : (1) 'To acquire the freehold of the premises for the sum of £llsO being the balance of the purchase money unpaid, which originally was .£1750. (2) To add to, renovate and improvo the Brewery buildings and plant, and to provide -more cellar room, the necessity for which is imperative to cope with the enlarged business which the North Island Brewery Company has built up. The Company has thoroughly established its name for brewing as excollent a beer as any placed on the 4iiarket by the leading brewers of the Dominion, their bottled Ale and A.I. Stout (Tui Brand) being disposed of in all parts of the North Island. The Company's books, which cm be inspected by any intending investor, show the six months' working, from November 11)07 to May 11)08, during which period the sales reached the substantial sum of JMOOO (v.lnch, after allowing for cost or production, agency charges, rail freight, and incidental expenses, show a profit of nearly 30 per cent) and the output, and consequently the profits, could have been greatly increased had suilicient appliances been available to meet the increased demand for the popular "Tui Brand," as orders representing a large amount had to be refused.
