SERIOUS ACCUSATIONS. Received October 5, 9 a.m. LONDON, October 4. Reuter's New Yo*k correspondent reports that tho Democrats accuse well-known Republicans, including relations of Mr Taft (Republican candidate for the Presidency), and President Roosevelt, of being interested in a syndicate which purchased, for two and a-half million dollars, Panama Company's stocks and bonds, knowing that the United States would purchase them at forty millions.
