Rev. .E. T. W. Bond will commence his duties as vicar of the Martinborough Church of England parish on October Ist. The Rev. D. 0. Hampton will remain in charge •of the Greytown parish till the arrival of the newly-appointed vicar, the Rev. Page, who i 3 expected to arrive at the beginning of next ye&r. Among the delegates appointed by the Wellington Committee of Management of the New Zealand Educational Institute to represent the Wellington district at the annual meeting of the Institute, which will take place this year at Dunedin, are Mr H. A. Parkinson (late headmaster of the Greytown school)., and Miss A. Dowdeswell (of Morrison's Bush).
