ARCHBISHOP CARR'S VIEWS. Received September 27, 3.25 p.m. LONDON September 26. Archbishop Carr, in an interview, said he was much impressed by the Eucharistic Congress. He was greatly surprised at the Hon. H. H. Asquith's belated prohibition of the procession, though at first he was inclined to think it would have been well if the procession through the streets had been arranged on the lines finally taken. The Archbishop attended the Galwdy h Exhibition df Products and Manufactures. He remains In Ireland till the end of the year.
