ACTION FOR DAMAGES. Received September 25, 10.40 a.m. MELBOURNE, September 25. In an action Fear versus the Union S.S. Company, plaintiff claiming £SOO damages for injuries caused through his falling into the hold of the Maheno, a verdict lor plaintiff for £250 was returned.
