TURKEY AND BULGARIA.
SLIGHTING A BULGARIAN AGENT. SEIZURE OF A RAILWAY. Received September 25, 9 a.m. CONSiANTINOPLE, Sept. 25. Owing to the Porte slighting M. Gueshoff, Bulgarian Agent, by not issuing! an invitation to him as to the regular diplomatists, Bulgaria, profiting by the short-live-l railwaymen's strike, seized the Bulgarian section of the Oriental Railway, ;and claimed a proportion of the'.profits hitherto paid to Turkey. The Porte has addressed to Bulgaria a Note demanding the restoration of the railway to the company.
