Received September 23, 9.40 p.m. BERLIN, September 23. The "Berliner Taggebiatt" states that Germany's reply to the FrancoSpanish Note, while conciliatory, expreasts a desire for further information, especially regarding the indemnity for v, arlike operations at CasuLljnca.
