He set aside the justices' ■decision, and fined defendant £2. On July 20th, last Ernest Harold Williams, musician,, charged Freleric May, restaurantkeeper, and i |iig son, George May, at the District before Messrs Lord and Verga, with having unlawfully as- ' Wulted him at his room, Collins ' Street.'Williams, a married man, livinj apart from his wif j, had visited at"the hou eof defendants, and it was due to this fact, said defendants, that Dolly May, daughter of Frederic May,left home. The assault \was not denied.
