THE LATE COLONEL PITT.
A PROPOSED MEMORIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association. NELSON, September 14. A movement is on foot here to erect a memorial to the late Hon. Albert Pitt, Attorney-General and Defence Minister. A shilling subscription is being raised, and it is proposed that the memorial should take the form of a .statue in Queen's Gardens.
