MURDER IN A GAOL. AN INDIAN TRAGEDY. Received September 15, 8.30 a.m. CALCUTTA, Sept. 13. Dutt, a Bengali, was sentenced to death for killing Gossain. He is entitled to appeal. Ghose was found not cuilty, buc the case was referred to the High Court.
Gossain, Ghose and other Indians were in June last undergoing preliminary trial on a chaige of complicity in bomb outrages. Gossain turned informer, and on August 31st was shot bv two of the accused Indians.
