BILLIARDS CONTROL CLUB.
Received September 9, 5.30 a m. LONDON, September 8. A Billiards Control Club has been formed by , leading amateurs, with the support of the principal makers. The ojject is to .endeavour to do for billiards what the Marylebone Club does for cricket. The committee includes the Duke of Rutland and Earls De Grey and Lonsdale.
