The Young Turkish Party hesitates to arrest Pamtza, who assassinated three Bulgarian adherents of its internal organisation—including Boris Sarafoff and GarvanofF, prominent revolutionaries—in December last. The wisdom of the British Government in declining to withdraw its officers ia widely commented upon as justified, inasmuch as the Young Turks'indecision may lead to a re~~"""*r?uwal of bloodshed in Eastern Macedonia.
