ALLEGED LIBEL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. GISBORNE, September 7. The proprietors of the "Gisborne Times" have been served with a writ, on behalf of Joseph Burke, hotejkeeper. who sues for £250 for an alleged libel said to have been contained in a paragraph conceruinir a reported case of "lambing down."
