BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, September 4. At a meeting of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club Metropolitan Committee to-day, correspondence was read with regard to a jockey weighing in short of w- at the last Tolaga Bay race meeting, and it was resolved that the jockey (S. Malone) be disqualified for a term of three years as from August Ist, 1908.
