SHIPBUILDING, IRON AND STEEL TRADES.
SIGNS OF A REVIVAL. Received September 4, 11.12 p.m. LONDON, September 4. There are marked signs of a revival in the shipbuilding and iron and steel trades in Scotland and North of England. Forty thousand tons of new shipping has been entrusted to Clyde builders within the past week.
