SUGGESTED BOYCOTT. Received September 3, 10.45 p.m. LONDON, September 3. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent a?serts that manufacturers in various countries have instituted a crusade against the British patent laws. It is hoped that the countries will mutually enter into favourable patent treaties with a view to isnlat ing Britain and thus bring her to terms.
