A SATISFIED UNION.
BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, September 3. The Auckland Slaughtermen's Union passed a resolution complimenting the Minister for Labour on the Arbitration Act Amendment Bill, and expressing satisfaction with the administration of the Arbitration Court under Judge Sim; disapproval of the Wellington bakers' strike as being ill-advised and unjustified; and a determination to support the Government administration of the Labour laws in fairness to all concerned, or in their repeal. The union urges more temperate allegiance to these laws and their administration.
