The "North German Gazette" states that Germapy has informed the signatories of the Algeeiras Act that in view of the situation she believes herself bound to point out that the speedy recognition of Mulai Hafid would be in the interests of the ulimate pacification of Morocco. PARIS, Sept9mber 2» The "Le Matin's" Lallamarmia correspondent states that tribesmen regard Abdul Aziz as the French Sill tan, and consider that if they abandon him Mulai Hafid's accession will lead to the immediate departure of the French.
