ALLEGED CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD.
BANK DIRECTORS IN TROUBLE. Received September 2, 1.5 a.m. LONDON, September 1. Harry Benson, otherwise known as Bebro, a financial agent, and George Petty Bond, a broker, were jemanded at Westminster for conspiracy to defraud in cmnifction with the International Securities Corporation and Feltham's Bank, whereof they were lab ly director. Loth concerns are in liquidation. The prosecution alleged that 18,000 poor people hud been defrauded by the International Securities Corporation and 500 by the Bank.
