AN ULTIMATUM. REVOLUTIONARIES DEMANDS. Received September 1, 8.15 a m. TEHERAN, August 31. The Revolutionaries at Taorizhave issued an ultimatum to [the Shah demanding the selection of a Ministry from the Revolutionaries, the expulsion of all Reaccionaries from Teheran, and the granting of a full amnesty for political offences.
