A PATRIARCH'S RECEPTION.
CONSTANTINOPLE, August 28. The Armenian Patriarch lsmirlian, who was exiled in 1896 for protesting against .massacres, has returned to Constantinople. Fifty thousand persons welcomed him, the crowd including thousands of Moslems.
