INCREASE DESPITE THE BOYCOTT. \ Received August 28, 9 a.m. CALCUTTA, August 27. _ Despite the Swadeshi movement in favour of the boycotting of foreign, especially English, goods, imports into British India during the past year wefd 20 per cent above those of the previous year. The value of cotton iiupjrfcg increased 17 per cent.
