DRAINAGE OF GISBORNE.
"BY TEIjBGBAPH - PRESS ASSOCIATION. GISBORNE, August 26. Mr Jickell, C.E., reporting on drainage for Gisborne, recommends a separate system with one pumping station, using hydraulic pumps. The total cost of the scheme would be ,£107,874.
