ST. JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 25. His Excellency the Governor presided at th 9 annual meeting of the Wellington branch of the St. John Ambulance Association to-night. Lord Plunket spoke in high terms of appreciation of the work done by the Association, which, however, would be increased if more funds were available. The Hon. G. Fowlds also spoko highly of the work of the Association.
