A qualified hunter means a horse that has limited at least 5 times with any recognized pack of hounds during the present season, and a master's certilloate to that effect must bo produced at the scales. 0, The winner of the Wairarapa Hunt Steeplechase to carry a penalty of lOlbs in the Taratahi Steeplechase, and the winner of any flat race to carry a penalty of lOlbs in the flat races.
