FATAL ACCIDENT.
- *■ BY TELEGRAPH—PBE6S ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, August 20. The police are advised that James Miller, a farmer, of Waikereru,' in the Pahiatua district, was killed through a log rolling on him. The deceased and his brother were crosscutting the log when it broke suddenly.
