SMALL BIRD NUISANCE.

At a meeting of farmers, held at Hastings, to-day. under the auspices of '.he Hawke's Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society, a discussion took place upon the small bird nuisance, and i 1" was resolved that the several local bodies, including the Borough Councils and T own Boards having jurisdiction in the Hawke's Bay County be urged to exercise the powers conferred upon them by "The Birds Nuisance Act, 1891."
