ALLEGED FLOGGING
DURBAN, August 14. Miss Colenso has written to Mr F. R. Moor, Premier of Natal, protesting against the flogging of thirty-one natives during the recent operations at Vrybeid, including several girls and women. One case. Miss Colenso states, ended fatally.
