AUCTIONEERS' MEMORANDA.
At Tane, on Wednesday, August 19th, the Mew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., will sell on behalf of Mr R. J. Home, whose lea?e of property has expired, the whole of his dairy herd, comprising .twenty young cows, calving to factory dates, five springing heifers, weaner heifers, two harness horses, and one yearling filly. On behalf of other vendors twelve good young cows, and other stock will be offered. Luncheon will be provided.
