The authorities of St. Paul's Cathedral have decided to allow the erection of a memorial to the late Mr R. J. Seddon, ex-Premier of New Zealand. It is to be placed next to that of the late Sir George Grey.

Mr G. J. Frampton, sculptor, has been commissioned to execute a memorial.
